Hi you two cant say I know the tisington trail, but when we lived in your area we used to go through fields in the car and the photographs remind me of that. You both look to be enjoying your bike rides and look very well. It was a bit grey this morning then the sun came out later. Had my hair permed this morning, havnt seen the boys yet so they havnt been able to call me golf ball. Bye for now lots of love L M xxxxx
