We bought a shed

Very excited today ... all about a new project we've got to change our lives quite dramatically - we've become second home owners!! We've bought a lodge a few miles from B's work so she won't have to do all the driving every week in future ... and we will see more of each other, and I will have a lovely new area to explore ..

First pic is how it looked yesterday

DAD - see this!

It has got the most amazing south facing deck ... nearly as big as the lodge itself
You can see more about it's exact location here, on this holiday park:
It looks like this from the outside, which is lovely and the location is really really great ..
inside it is vile and we will be doing a complete refurbishment on it, moving walls, new window, kitchen, bathroom and furniture . . . it will be brilliant!

yes it is an amazing location, and the lodge refurb will be hard work, but it will be very different and not like any other caravan!

looks a lovely spot Susan. What an exciting buy.Not at all bad inside if it's the same lodge featured in for sale section on their website, although photos can be deceiving and of course you'll want to put your own stamp on the place. I like the 1999 one too. Enjoy!

it's the cheapest one on their web-site, by 50 grand .. so the dearer ones are quite different, more like little bungalows .. ours is not as big as modern lodges. It's really just a 20 year caravan -- but with wood outside!

When we'ver ripped out the innards and rebuilt it, it will be better than the rest, though! LOL
