Had a pretty grotty, disturbed night, up for three hours with repeated toilet tripping .... YAWN .. but the day dawned bright and sunny and we went out yomping in the snow ..
This is the moorland at the back of our house ... notched up 7000 steps on this outing!
It was very bright when we set out, but changed quickly as the clouds rolled in...

Fine with me, see you there!
Hi Sue, Glad to see you have the right clothes for the weather. Hope you feel as well as you look.
Think I need to let the weather improve before I try pedometer again. I don't walk too well this weather.
Glad your mum is coping with pedometer.
Take care. Cousin Pauline. xx
really Poppy there is nothing to do with the pedometer, you just put it on and look at the end of the day how many you've done ... if you don't do much over xmas you can see how much more you do when you are back to a normal amount of walking
