from the hospital

Cannula trauma
The doctor has put my cannula needle on the UNDERSIDE of my left wrist.. which means I cannot bend it at all....
tricky..

Car Trauma - my gear box has exploded. New gears, casing and clutch now required .. hey ho - it's only money!!!!!!

Photos

This is me enjoying my web n walk internet access (also modelling the handcuffs they tie me down with in here!)

And here is Nurse Connie - modelling the fairy wings we crafted this week - Dr A was highly amused to see us at work on these - never seen him laugh so much:

Note the two layers of wing and excess of dangly bits on these!

Oh Dear that cannula sounds dead uncomfy!

Can we pray for the car to recover? Iknow, I am being naughty but hey ho be true to yourself!

Keep your chin up Pet, if love and positive feelings being directed your way work then you should be the 100 metres champion in Osaka now!

Hope you escape soon

not so much clueless as no veins left on the top - first one she did tissued in less than 1/2 hour so that wroteof the rigth hand, and pickings on left are very slight..

so she went under it does hurt more than usual - but lets faace it, oxyplatin isn't ever easy to stand

Hiya Susan,

More details of the exploding car please. In particular, where, and at what speed, did it occur? It all sounds potentially dangerous.

Your cannula sounds like a nuisance too.

But, surely everyone already knows how well you cope with adversity? There really is no need for these pyrotechnics and special effects.

Erm - I dont think 'excess of dangly bits' is quite right. Dont you mean 'beautiful and tasteful decorative art work'?
