New Car

We toddled up to Wigan this weekend and came home in my "new" car. Of course it isn't literally new, but it is only four years old, and looks very new inside! It is a Honda Civic, three door version and with an automatic gear box. It is a metallic blue colour that we can live with!

The best thing about it is that the number plate is only one digit different to B's car number plate. Weird but true -- looks like we got matching plates only without spending any money on it!

Glad to hear you've got the new car! I called a few times on Sat afternoon but you must have been out car-buying then :( Maybe we can meet up at Christmas instead?

Hope you enjoy driving the new car!

Love

Dearest Darling Brother David let me axplain!

Suzi really liked the two civics we had in the past. She decided that she really wanted another civic, when she realised that a sports car would not be practical on the comfort front or the boot capacity for a chemo girl.

I would have bought Suzi a new, new civic but the design with the bar of brake lights across the back window was not a good design feature. Also when I test drove it the gear box was pants.

Hence it was the newest older model civic which I searched long and hard to find! So now you know.......Cheeky!!

Love you and hope to see you and the gang before too long xxxxx
