Thursdays

I love Thursdays .. when I am at home the worst of the chemo yuck has worn off and I feel quite chipper .. (ie like today)
and when I am in hospital they soon start putting "clear liquids" into me, rather than the cytotoxic stuff, which hurts less .. and then it's only one more sleep till HOME TIME .. which is always good ...

tsk - you see you're doing QUITE well at being nice to me .. and look where it leads ..

ps I was up town when you phoned, buying industrial quantities of industrial sized pants .. they only get my size in one or two at a time so I ordered a pile -- which thus saves going to M&S every other day in search, see!

Hello Suze

Glad to read you are getting out and about and going away...we used to live in Burton Bradstock near Lyme Regis and my father in law was harbour master at West Bay, so love that area.Take plenty with you if you know what I mean!!!

I wish my Mum was as good on a computer as yours!

Hi Sue, Cousin Pauline here. Glad there is at least one good wkday, it b Thursday. If only I knew a poem 'bout Thur, but I can only copy others or alter existing ones. How about the old Mama's & Papas song being re-vamped. Instead of' Monday, Monday,' it could be 'Thursday, Thursday, so good me....Thur...Thur....it was all I hoped it would be.......'

Take care. Love. Pauline. xx

It seems you are right and I can only be nice to some people some of the time. I am so in the wrong job.
Glad the pant mercy mission came to fruition. Hate to think of the Lyme holiday being negatively impacted upon by a lack in the comfortable pant department. I don't know if there is even an M&S there !!!
